Job summary

Consilium Safety in Gothenburg is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our CSSP site. This temporary assignment requires a hands-on leader who can take ownership, drive stability and push performance through a phase of transformation. You will manage day-to-day operations, coach teams, ensure capacity, safety and quality, and champion Lean, KPI tracking and cross‑functional collaboration. Swedish and English fluency are required to operate in our international environment.

Qualifications

5–10 years of production experience, preferably from electronics/high-tech manufacturing.
Proven experience in people leadership and personnel planning.
Experience with Lean, KPIs and process follow-up.
Experience from production environments with high technical complexity.
Strong track record of change management and transformation.
Ability to create engagement, accountability and a high-performing team culture.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Independent and able to take ownership.
Experience with unions and/or labor relations is an advantage.
Fluency in Swedish and English.

We are now looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Manager for a temporary assignment to lead our Gothenburg-based production site, CSSP (Consilium Safety Sweden Production).

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who can quickly take ownership, create stability and drive performance while supporting the site through an important phase of transformation and development.

The Role

As Manager production, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day operations of CSSP and lead a dedicated production team, including team leaders to every day success.

You will play a key role in ensuring stable production performance while strengthening ways of working, developing the organization and driving continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

Who Are You?

You bring:

5-10 years of experience in production, preferably from electronics, high-tech manufacturing or complex assembly
Proven experience in people leadership and personnel planning
Experience working with Lean, KPIs and process/performance follow-up
Experience from production environments with a high level of technical complexity
A strong track record of change management and transformation
The ability to create engagement, accountability and a high-performing team culture
Strong communication and collaboration skills
The confidence to work independently and take ownership
Experience working with unions and/or labor relations is an advantage
Project management experience is an advantage
Fluency in Swedish and English
