About the Role

As a Production Engineer, you may work with:

• Supporting and improving daily production operations
• Process optimization and continuous improvement
• Product support, industrialization, and NPI activities
• Root cause analysis, quality improvements, and troubleshooting
• Technical coordination with production, quality, suppliers, and design teams
• Automation, capacity, and cost-reduction projects

For senior profiles, the role may also include leadership responsibilities, cross-functional coordination, and mentoring.

Your profile

We welcome both junior engineers (2+ years) and senior engineers (8–15+ years).

You likely have experience in areas such as:

• Production, process, manufacturing, or product engineering
• Manufacturing processes, production flows, and technical documentation
• Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or continuous improvement
• Root cause analysis and quality tools
• Cross-functional collaboration in industrial environments
• Experience with NPI, industrialization, automation, SAP/ERP, or project leadership is considered a plus.

Education
