Zusammenfassung

Telenor Sverige is seeking a Product Owner for the B2C Core team. You will bridge business and technology, owning the product direction, roadmap, and prioritizing the backlog.

You’ll ensure a balance between innovation, maintenance, and reducing technical debt while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. You will work with agile teams, architects, and analysts, driving cross-team initiatives and ensuring compliance and value delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience working in a development and maintenance organization.
• Experience working in agile environments and managing product backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive the product roadmap and strategy.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Balance business value, innovation, maintenance, and technical debt.
• Gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders across the value chain.
• Define and monitor product metrics to track performance and outcomes.
• Drive smaller cross-team initiatives.
