Job summary

Tieto Caretech is modernizing Nordic health and social care software with a focus on Lifecare products and municipal Health & Care market solutions. The Product Owner will shape the portfolio for Lifecare and collaborate with customers, authorities, and partners to deliver impactful welfare technology.

We seek someone who understands Swedish welfare services, GDPR guidelines, and can lead across product, sales, and support teams in a hybrid work setup. Travel within Sweden is required.

Qualifications

• Deep domain knowledge of the Swedish welfare and social care landscape.
• Good knowledge of current legislation and welfare processes.
• Experience with municipal health and social care operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product needs for the Swedish municipal Health & Care market.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to transform customer needs into solutions.
• Prepare operational product plans and participate in customer meetings and procurements.
• Balance short-term needs with long-term product strategy and pricing.
