Job summary

Tieto Corp. is seeking a Product Owner to lead Lifecare portfolio efforts for the Swedish municipal Health & Care market.

You will work with the Lifecare team to translate customer needs into valuable product offerings and prioritize work for development, productization, and customer engagements. We expect deep domain knowledge of Swedish welfare services, GDPR awareness, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Deep domain knowledge of Swedish welfare and social care landscape.
• Strong understanding of Lifecare Caseworker, Lifecare Accommodation and Lifecare Recourse registry.
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluent Swedish.
• Experience in product ownership or product management in public sector or welfare tech.
• AI literacy and ability to draft clear prompts and evaluate AI-assisted outputs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and translate them into an operational product plan.
• Interpret and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and GDPR guidelines.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to prioritize requirements and backlogs.
• Develop marketing materials and support sales in complex domain issues.
• Participate in public procurements and customer meetings to shape offers.
• Balance short-term priorities with long-term product strategy and profitability.
