Job summary

Tieto is seeking a Product Owner to lead Lifecare portfolio initiatives for the Swedish municipal Health & Care market. You will interpret regulations, engage with authorities, and work with cross-functional teams to transform customer needs into market-leading solutions.

Ideal candidates bring deep domain knowledge of Swedish welfare, GDPR awareness, and strong English and Swedish communication. Travel within Sweden and possibly abroad is expected.

Qualifications

• Deep domain knowledge of Swedish welfare and social care landscape.
• Good knowledge of current legislation and the National Board of Health and Welfare's processes.
• Experience with municipal activities and welfare technology.
• Knowledge of Lifecare Caseworker, Lifecare Accommodation and Lifecare Recourse registry.
• Knowledge of GDPR guidelines and personal data handling.
• Excellent writing and meeting communication; strong English and Swedish skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and translate them into an operational product plan.
• Collaborate with product team and development teams to prioritize needs.
• Develop marketing materials and support sales in complex domain issues.
• Participate in public procurements and customer meetings; help craft the best offer.
• Balance short-term needs with long-term product profitability and pricing.
