Job summary

GSM - Green SM is seeking a Product Operations Team Leader to support the operation and deployment of technology products in the local Swedish market. You will work with Product, Technology, IT and Operations to ensure reliable, secure operations and alignment with policies.

You will lead the Product Operations team, manage UAT and incidents, and coordinate documentation and reporting while gathering market feedback for improvements. Strong English and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product operations, technology operations, IT operations or product management.
• Experience in team leadership/coordinating cross-functional teams, preferably in technology, mobility or platform businesses.
• Strong understanding of digital products, technology platforms, system operations and information security.
• Experience with incident management, system monitoring, UAT and product rollout.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product and technology operations in the local market.

• Lead and coordinate the Product Operations team, including task allocation and performance monitoring.
• Manage UAT, incidents, operational reporting and relevant documentation.
• Act as the key liaison between local market teams and central Product/Technology functions.

Position Overview

The Product Operations Team Leader is responsible for supporting the operation and deployment of GSM’s technology products in the local market. This role works closely with Product, Technology, IT, Operations and local market teams to ensure products and systems operate reliably, securely and effectively.

The position will also support information security and data protection initiatives, ensuring customer data and business systems are properly protected and aligned with company policies and applicable local requirements.
