Job summary

Green SM Sweden AB, a growing EV and sustainable mobility provider, seeks a Fleet Coordination Specialist to oversee vehicle yards, inventory, and documentation, ensuring safety compliance and efficient asset use.

You will collaborate with workshops, drivers, insurers and internal teams, coordinate maintenance with external vendors, and drive data-driven improvements using Excel or similar tools, with professional fluency in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in automotive/engineering/logistics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in vehicle repair coordination, maintenance operations, fleet maintenance, automotive service, leasing operations or related.
• Good understanding of vehicle managements.
• Experience with EVs is advantageous.
• Ability to coordinate with workshops, repair vendors, insurers, drivers and internal teams.
• Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to follow up until issues are resolved.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and fleet/maintenance management tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality and quantity of vehicles at the Branch's vehicle yards.
• Monitor compliance with vehicle safety and drivers' online shift handover.
• Conduct periodic vehicle inspections, monthly inventory checks and control/prevent loss risks for parts and vehicle assets.
• Manage the owned vehicle pool: vehicle information and status in the system.
• Manage vehicle records: store/process original vehicle documents.
• Analysis & Reporting: report on at-risk vehicle status, analyze asset efficiency, propose improvements, and track action plans.
• Review long-idle vehicles and propose solutions.
• Inspection & Control: conduct periodic inspections and thematic inspections.

Position Overview
