Job summary

Volvo Trucks is seeking a Digital Product Manager for Connected Vehicle Uptime to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer support capabilities across the global organization.

You will drive the next-gen Intelligent Case Management Platform for Global OneCase, integrating AI-powered automation and real-time workflows, collaborating with business leaders, architects, and development teams to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Digital Product Management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of agile product development and modern product management practices.
• Experience designing agentic AI systems and AI-powered workflows to automate backend processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the digital products vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer support.
• Identify opportunities that improve customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and business performance.
• Partner with Uptime Center, Digital teams and external partners.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders across Service Management and Digital teams.
