Job summary

Volvo Trucks is seeking a Digital Product Manager for Connected Vehicle Uptime to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer support digital products. You will drive an AI-powered, agentic workflow platform to replace legacy systems while boosting customer value globally.

You will collaborate with business leaders, architects, and developers to shape the product, measure outcomes, and deliver tangible improvements in uptime, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Digital Product Management or related leadership role.
Strong knowledge of agile product development.
Experience designing agentic AI systems and AI-powered workflows.
Experience leading global, cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical, data-driven decision making.
Experience with OKRs and value-based PM.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the digital products vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer support.
Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and business performance.
Prioritize investments based on value, needs, data, and outcomes.
Measure value through outcomes and OKRs; use data to guide decisions.
Ensure digital products deliver strong user experiences and business benefits.
Partner with Uptime Center, Digital teams and external partners.
Build relationships across business and technology stakeholders.
Align transformation with Dynamics 365 and AI-powered automation.
