Volvo Trucks in Gothenburg is seeking a Digital Product Manager for Digital Services to lead the strategy, roadmap and transformation of global digital products that drive business growth and commercial excellence.

You will work at the intersection of business, technology, data, and AI, partnering with sales, service owners and development teams to deliver value for customers and markets. This is a hands-on role shaping customer engagement and the future of digital services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Digital Product Management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of subscription-based services and order-to-cash processes and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge and experience from agile product development and modern product management practices.
• Experience from Agentic AI Development and/or AI Harness Engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders at different levels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to support decision-making.
• Experience working with OKRs and value-based product management
• Experience and good knowledge about ERP systems, preferably in the services sales area. Experience from SAP is considered an advantage.

• Define and drive the digital products vision, strategy, and roadmap for the commercial solutions serving Digital services.
• Identify opportunities that improve customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and business performance.
• Drive product prioritization based on business value, customer needs, data and measurable outcomes.
• Measure and realize product value through outcomes and OKRs.
• Use data insights, analytics, and feedback to guide product decisions.
• Ensure digital products deliver exceptional user experiences and tangible business benefits.
• Partner with Service owners, price management, Sales, solution specialists, Digital teams and external partners.
• Build strong relationships, create engagement and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture across business and technology stakeholders.
