Job summary

Volvo Trucks is seeking a Digital Product Manager Digital Services in Gothenburg to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for commercial digital services. Lead cross-functional teams across sales, provisioning, and invoicing to create value for customers and the business.

You will drive transformation by leveraging data, AI, and modern product practices to strengthen customer relationships and boost commercial performance in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Digital Product Management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of subscription-based services and order-to-cash processes and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge and experience from agile product development and modern product management practices.
• Experience from Agentic AI Development and/or AI Harness Engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders at different levels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to support decision-making.
• Experience working with OKRs and value-based product management.
• Experience and good knowledge about ERP systems, preferably in the services sales area. Experience from SAP is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the digital products vision, strategy, and roadmap for the commercial solutions serving Digital services.
• Measure and realize product value through outcomes and OKRs.
• Partner with Service owners, price management, Sales, solution specialists, Digital teams and external partners.
• Build strong relationships and foster a collaborative culture across business and technology stakeholders.
• Establish a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities for deployment and roll-out.
