Job summary
Volvo Group seeks a senior leader to head Digital Operations & Corporate, driving digital product management across planning, production, logistics and finance. You will align roadmaps with business priorities and enable integrated ERP-based processes, while ensuring stability and regulatory compliance.
You will report to senior executives, lead a large cross-functional team, and shape the future of Volvo Penta digital capabilities within the Volvo Group.
Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in digital product management.
- Experience with integrated operational value flows.
- Track record translating priorities into product roadmaps and investments.
- Ability to lead portfolios with high stability and compliance requirements.
- Strong business, stakeholder and people leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Volvo Penta’s digital Product Management across the operational value flow and selected corporate capabilities.
- Enable integrated planning, production, logistics and financial processes through digital products.
- Shape the direction and roadmap for the Digital Operations & Corporate portfolio with business owners.
- Translate business strategy into product roadmaps, investment proposals and delivery expectations.
- Balance stable operations, regulatory requirements, process improvement, transformation and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with Volvo Penta Operations, CFO, manufacturing, logistics, finance and corporate teams.
