Job summary

My Derma Dream is seeking a Head of Product to lead moonshot programs for our rapidly expanding skincare portfolio, in tandem with marketing, to prove market demand and drive continuous improvement for our 10–12 hero products. You will build a lean product team and engage daily with customers and VIP clients to stay aligned with market needs.

You will work to ensure compliance, guide VIP estheticians, deliver compelling packaging, and prepare our hero devices and topicals for a 2027 retail

Qualifications

• Experience leading product teams to develop new offerings.
• Ability to define moonshot programs and MVP validation with marketing.
• Proven track record in product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Talk to at least one customer face-to-face / over the phone every single day
• Build a lean product team incrementally
• Map out the process for the achievement of the Goals (Theory of Constraints) of the product development department and constantly measure & identify bottlenecks to improve the system
• Add to our culture by representing World-Class Experience, Big Dreams, Mentorship, & Permaculture and be an ambassador of the brand & our products in & outside the company.
• Report to senior leadership about the progress on throughput, stages of development & cost of the product development department
• Measure product feedback across all products & various stages of the customer lifecycle, in order to identify the biggest bottlenecks & focus attention there
• Deliver Creative Packaging & Form-Factors for our products
• Collaborate with our team of VIP estheticians to increase the retention of our VIP-program
• Leverage our team of VIP Estheticians to turn the most frequently recurring product requests into backend-product portfolio tests
• Optimize our product’s feature & ingredient list for efficacy, marketability & cost.
• Hold your product-team accountable on commitments & results
• Guarantee compliance of products
• Work in a testing-layer & scaling-layer mindset (don’t try to be perfect before it’s proven time for scaling)
