Job summary

My Derma Dream is seeking a Creator & Partnerships Manager to own recruitment and development of our creator network across UGC, influencers, and skincare experts, including estheticians and dermatologists.

You will build relationships, proactively recruit top creators, and manage outreach, onboarding and ongoing partnerships with the Creative and Acquisition teams to ensure a steady stream of fresh, high-performing content.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) and beauty/skincare preferred.
• Ability to recruit and manage creator partnerships across platforms.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a continuous pipeline of UGC creators, influencers, whitelisting partners and expert creators.
• Proactively recruit estheticians, dermatologists and skincare experts to be brand faces.
• Source creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Own creator outreach, qualification, onboarding and relationship management.
• Partner with Creative and Acquisition to align creator profiles with content needs.
• Ensure ongoing supply of fresh content and creators to test.
• Develop long-term relationships and expand partnerships into formats and campaigns.
• Track creator performance and apply learnings to future recruitment.

Because of our reputation and the incredible work of our team, we are rapidly scaling our acquisition and creative engine.

BUT…

To continue growing, we need a constant supply of fresh creators, new faces, credible experts and high-performing content that our Creative and Acquisition teams can test and scale.

We are looking for a Creator & Partnerships Manager who will own the recruitment and development of our creator network across UGC, whitelisting, paid partnerships, influencers and expert creators including estheticians and dermatologists.

In order to achieve this, you will continuously identify, recruit and build relationships with creators who can provide our teams with a steady flow of fresh, authentic and commercially powerful content.

Results:

• Creating a pipeline of 20 whitelisting partners.

• Build a pipeline of 300-500 creators we can onboard at any time

• Turnaround of content within 48-72 hours

• Recruiting and building a pipeline of experts, 5 dermatologists, 5 estheticians, 8 mixed experts.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a continuous pipeline of UGC creators, influencers, whitelisting partners and expert creators.

• Proactively recruit high-quality estheticians, dermatologists and skincare experts who can become trusted faces of the brand.

• Source creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging creator platforms.

• Own creator outreach, qualification, negotiation, onboarding and relationship management.

• Partner closely with the Creative and Acquisition teams to understand what content, angles, demographics and creator profiles they need.

• Ensure Creative and Acquisition have a consistent supply of fresh content and new creators to test.

• Develop long-term relationships with top-performing creators and expand successful partnerships into additional formats, campaigns and whitelisting opportunities.

• Track creator performance and use learnings from winning content to continuously improve who we recruit next.

Requirements:

• Experience within DTC, beauty, skincare, wellness strongly preferred.

• Work 6 days/week.

• Work 10 hours/day.

• Read 2 books/month.
