Job summary

My Derma Dream seeks a visionary Head of Google Media Buying to transform Google into a core growth engine for a nearly 9-figure skincare brand. You will own the entire Google ecosystem, including Shopping, Search, GMC, product feeds, and landing pages, driving profits and ROAS at scale.

You will lead a data-driven, highly strategic function, turning impressions into revenue with omnichannel insights and aggressive optimization across campaigns, bidding, and creative inputs.

Qualifications

• Identify metrics that indicate value capture from Google ads.
• Develop and own Google Ads strategy across branded and non-branded campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Identify leading/lagging indicators of Revenue per Impression.
• Create executive brief versions of Google Advertising reports for benchmarking hero products.
• Identify new controllable activities to optimize Google Search Advertising as a machine.
• Own input to creative team for landing pages and PDPs based on Google opportunities.
• Set up and manage Google Merchant Center.
• Leverage SEMrush insights to improve Google Ads strategy.
• Optimize Google Shopping Listings for each Hero Product to maximize revenue per impression.
• Own Google advertising in sale periods and holiday strategy.
• Analyze impression share, CTR, conversion rate, CPC, ROAS, and other metrics to identify opportunities.
