Job summary
Biotage is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and commercial success of the Peptide Synthesis & Purification portfolio. This global leadership role combines hands-on product management with oversight across SMST and Scale-Up ranges within DDD, working with R&D, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
You will develop the global product strategy, drive innovation and lead a team of Product Managers to deliver sustainable global growth, including leading launches,
Qualifications
- Experience managing global scientific product portfolios throughout the lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management in global matrix organisations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in strategic marketing or similar commercial roles within life sciences or analytical technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle plans.
- Drive commercial performance including revenue growth, profitability, market share and portfolio optimisation.
- Define compelling product positioning, pricing and value propositions.
- Lead cross-functional global product launches from concept through commercialization.
- Partner with R&D to shape future technology development and product innovation.
- Monitor portfolio performance and market trends, driving continuous improvement and informed decisions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, KOLs and strategic partners worldwide.
