Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Procurement Systems & Digitisation Manager to own and develop the Group Procurement application landscape and drive digitalisation across the organisation.

Based in Europe with flexible location, you will collaborate with divisional teams, IT and external providers to deliver governance, data quality, and system enhancements that enable scalable procurement capabilities worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Procurement, or related field.
• Significant experience in procurement systems or procurement excellence.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and data structures.
• Experience owning, developing or managing business applications.
• Proven project management experience with requirements, testing and implementation.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to work with large datasets.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and cultures in a decentralized international environment.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Group Procurement application landscape.
• Consolidate, align and prioritize development requests from divisions and stakeholders.
• Ensure applications remain fit for purpose and support evolving Procurement processes and business needs.
• Evaluate, develop and implement system enhancements, upgrades or replacement solutions.
• Manage the Procurement applications budget.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Group Procurement applications.
• Support and guide divisional super users globally.
• Establish and maintain documented data definitions and governance principles.
• Lead Procurement Systems Forums focused on governance and roadmap alignment.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with IT teams.
• Develop project plans and timelines; drive delivery to scope and quality.
• Drive pilot initiatives for data quality controls and Procure-to-Pay automation.
