The Development & Governance Manager will shape governance, contract management and software asset practices, while driving digital tools and AI-enabled workflows in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in procurement, preferably within IT procurement.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in economics, technology, law or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with digital procurement tools, contract management systems, Software Asset Management, license management, sustainability requirements or AI-enabled workflows is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes to strengthen governance, compliance and maturity.
• Drive supplier lifecycle management, onboarding and sustainability requirements.
• Maintain contract and RFx templates, clause libraries and procurement documentation with key stakeholders.
• Govern key contracts and Digital Roadmap agreements, including cost follow-up, change management and risk prevention.
• Develop digital procurement capabilities, automation and AI-enabled ways of working to improve efficiency, quality and adoption.
• Deliver analytics, reporting and KPI frameworks to increase transparency and support data-driven decision‑making.
• Establish and govern Software Asset Management practices to optimize licenses and costs and ensure audit readiness.
