Job summary

SSAB in Sweden seeks a Development & Governance Manager to strengthen IT Procurement, focusing on procurement excellence, contract governance and Software Asset Management in a global, fossil-free steel journey.

You will standardize Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay, drive supplier management, maintain templates, and develop digital capabilities with analytics and AI-enabled processes. This is a temporary 18-month role requiring collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

Multiple years of procurement experience, preferably IT procurement.
Solid understanding of procurement processes, sourcing, supplier management and contract governance.
Experience with digital procurement tools and license management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and standardize Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes to strengthen governance and maturity.
Drive supplier lifecycle management, onboarding and sustainability requirements.
Maintain contract and RFx templates, clause libraries and procurement documentation with key stakeholders.
Govern key contracts and Digital Roadmap agreements, including cost follow-up and risk prevention.
Develop digital procurement capabilities, automation and AI-enabled processes to improve efficiency.
Deliver analytics, reporting and KPI frameworks to increase transparency and data-driven decisions.
