Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group seeks a commercially minded Director of Manufacturing to lead Europe’s manufacturing footprint, procurement, quality, and continuous improvement. The role will drive productivity, customer service, and profitability while shaping the regional strategy across multiple sites.

Location is flexible within Europe (Landskrona, Sweden or nearby). Regular travel is required as the leader guides eight plant managers and coordinates a broader network for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Proven track record leading multi-country facilities.
• Strong background in Lean and Six Sigma transformations.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
