ASSA ABLOY AB in Sweden seeks an experienced Head of Development and Support to lead development and delivery of customer-centric solutions, aligning global platforms with local market needs and driving growth.

You will work with commercial teams, product management, and global stakeholders to strengthen market position, enhance the customer experience, and lead transformation across Development, Software Design, and Solution Development in an international matrix.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership experience within solution development, product management, commercial development, or related functions, with the ability to inspire teams, drive performance, and lead through change.
• A track record of driving growth and innovation, including developing customer-centric value propositions, bringing solutions to market, and creating measurable business impact.
• Experience from technology-driven environments, preferably within access solutions, IoT, connected care, or similar industries, including the development of cloud-based platforms, products, or services.
• Demonstrated success in leading transformation and organizational development, building capabilities, driving continuous improvement, and navigating complex change initiatives.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international matrix organization, build lasting relationships, and communicate clearly in English (Swedish is considered an advantage).

• Drive the solution strategy and growth agenda, turning business needs into market-relevant offerings that create customer value and support sustainable growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to strengthen revenue growth, market position, and customer value propositions.
• Lead, develop, and transform the Development, Software Design, and Solution Development.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across development, focusing on quality, efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
• Establish clear goals, governance, and KPIs while fostering a customer-focused, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
