Job summary

SAS Cargo Group A/S in Solna is seeking a Process Developer – Accounts Payable to join the on-site team and drive efficient AP workflows. You will oversee and improve invoice handling, approval processes, and KPI reporting while collaborating with internal stakeholders and BPO partners to ensure smooth operations.

Process Developer – Accounts Payable

City: Solna

Responsibilities

• Support the local AP team by overseeing and evaluating processes and projects.
• Develop and improve invoice handling, approval flows, and payment processes.
• Report on KPIs and monitor process follow‑up.
• Build strong relationships across the organization and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support BPO partners in their daily operations.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance or a related field.
• Early career stage with strong interest in Accounts Payable.
• Strong interest in systems, processes, and digital development, including AI and automation.
• Structured and process‑oriented work style, strong analytical skills and drive to improve and simplify processes.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable working from the office at least three days per week.

Position Details
