Acne Studios is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant at our Stockholm HQ to ensure accurate, timely processing of AP transactions and strong internal controls. You will work with Finance and cross-functional teams, report to the AP/AR Manager, and help drive process improvements and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
• Knowledge of supplier payments, expenses, and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting month-end closing activities.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

As Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant at our Stockholm HQ, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of financial transactions across the business. Working closely with colleagues across Finance and other functions, you will help maintain strong financial controls, support efficient operations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our finance processes. What You Will Do

As Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant your main contribution will be to to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of Accounts Payable transactions while supporting efficient financial operations, strong internal controls, and positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will report to AP/AR Manager. You will play a vital role in:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations
• Monitor and maintain vendor accounts and payable balances
• Perform bank reconciliations and supplier payments
• Employee expense administration
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and external vendors
• Contribute to process improvements and finance projects
