Job summary

Mileway is seeking a proactive Team Assistant for our Stockholm office to support the Asset Management team with admin tasks, archiving, listings, and CRM leads. You will work closely with Asset Managers, Marketing, and the Office Manager to keep operations running smoothly and facilitate leasing activity.

Based in Stockholm, you’ll collaborate with colleagues from around the world, with a policy of three days in the office weekly to maintain a dynamic, orderly work environment and strong

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, marketing, or similar roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a global team.
• Strong organizational awareness and proactive attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Swedish and excellent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Support Asset Managers with online property marketing and listings and coordinate with tenants.
• Assist with marketing activities to improve leasing velocity.
• Coordinate local CMS and CRM implementations.
• Administrate leads and leasing in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Office Manager on local office tasks.
• Maintain digital document management for Asset Management.
• Act as liaison between Marketing and Asset Management for property marketing tasks.
