Netlight in Stockholm or Munich seeks a Team Lead for the Platform team to guide engineers, own reliability, and push the developer experience forward. You’ll blend Engineering Manager and Product Manager duties, set direction with the Head of Tech, and enable multiple cloud environments and AI tooling.

You will advocate for your team, manage stakeholders, and foster a culture of resilience and improvement in a fast-growing, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams.
• Ability to treat a platform as a product with self-service paths.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a senior platform team responsible for cloud landing zones and AI tooling.
• Shape the platform roadmap across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Coach engineers, manage priorities, and remove blockers.
• Collaborate with Head of Tech, Operations and Tech teams.
