Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in software engineering with several years leading engineering teams.
• Shipped and operated production systems.
• Default to AI-assisted workflows and tooling.
• Build culture through transparency, high standards and care for people.
• Comfortable in commercial conversations and representing engineering credibly to customers and partners.
• Think in outcomes and remove unnecessary processes.
• Communicate clearly in English; Swedish a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and architecture decisions.
• Set engineering standards, development practices, and quality expectations.
• Be hands-on to unblock the team and review critical designs.
• Drive an AI-native development culture and intelligent tooling adoption.
• Make pragmatic build-vs-buy decisions and manage technical debt.
• Join SportAdmin management and translate business priorities into technical execution.
