Job summary

Jobtailor in Sweden is seeking a senior software engineer to lead architectural direction across multiple teams. You will build high-quality web and cloud applications, collaborate with product owners and customers, and mentor developers to deliver customer value end-to-end.

You will drive best practices, engage in pair/mob programming, and stay current with Azure and AWS to evolve the platform responsibly.

Qualifications

Expert-level backend experience with C#, Java, or equivalent.
Strong frontend knowledge with React, HTML and JavaScript.
Thorough experience of test-driven development.
Thorough experience of pair- and/or mob programming.
Extensive cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS).
Thorough experience with agile development methodologies.
Excellent knowledge of database programming fundamentals.
Own technical strategy and architectural direction across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Build high-quality web and cloud applications with a team of developers.
Work closely with product owners and customers to translate ideas into top-class solutions.
Provide architectural leadership across complex initiatives to ensure scalable, secure and maintainable results.
Foster a collaborative engineering culture through pair/mob programming, knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve products and efficiency.
Drive initiatives to improve Verint's products and processes.
