Job summary

Netlight is seeking a Team Lead to unite engineering management with product leadership. You will guide a senior platform team responsible for cloud landing zones, AI tooling, and builder-experience components across AWS, Azure, and GCP, keeping shared services reliable and scalable.

Based in Stockholm or Munich, you will set direction, remove blockers, and partner with the Head of Tech and stakeholders. You thrive on turning ambiguity into clear priorities and nurturing engineers to perform at

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading software-engineering teams.
• Experience building or running a platform as a product.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work from a Netlight office at least three days per week.
• Fluency in English; Swedish or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a senior platform team responsible for cloud landing zones, AI tooling, and builder-experience components.
• Maintain cloud and builder infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including CI/CD.
• Shape cloud-infrastructure and AI-platform roadmaps, balancing stability with growth.
• Represent the team’s needs and constraints to leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of trust, feedback, and continuous improvement.
