Immedica Pharma AB in Stockholm is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to join our supply chain team. You will help maintain service levels and coordinate orders and deliveries in partnership with Manufacturing, focusing on reliable, GDP-compliant logistics.

We value experience in pharmaceutical distribution, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Swedish and English. The role is full-time with a hybrid work setup based at our Stockholm office, requiring periodic presence on site.

Qualificações

• Experience in the supply and distribution of commercial pharmaceutical products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including strong Excel skills.
• Experience with or knowledge of GDP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Post-secondary education in logistics and transport.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders and coordinate distribution and customer deliveries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure high-quality, GDP-compliant logistics operations and services across internal functions and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in logistics, distribution and customer service processes to support business growth and operational excellence.
