Job description

We are hiring for the position of Supply Chain Manager in Stockholm (Sweden) for an immediate start. You will report to the Senior Director, Global Supply Chain.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Strategic & Operational Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing supply chain strategies across all business units, as required.
• Responsible for supporting the development of global distribution strategies, including:
• Warehousing, Customer order management and invoicing operations through contracted logistics providers in Europe & ROW
• Worldwide distribution of temperature-controlled pharmaceuticals
• Responsible for supporting transport and trade compliance – global transport agreements, free trade agreements, export control, export & import operations.
• Develop & oversee KPIs and deliverables related to external Supply Chain and Regulatory vendors.
• Lead RFQ processes for third-party service providers and local vendors in line with company needs.
• Participate in the negotiation of contracts with third-party service providers and local vendors.
• Participate in managing relationships and acting as internal escalation point with Supply Chain third-party service providers.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards, including GMP and GDP, across all supply chain activities.
• Ensure adherence to financial and trade compliance requirements.
• Execute all responsibilities in accordance with applicable legal and ethical standards.

QMS & Process Oversight

• Support alignment of supply chain processes with the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure operational activities are compliant with defined SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Your profile

• You hold a Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• You have 5+ years in Supply Chain management role, preferably with Global responsibilities. Experience from working in accordance with both GMP and GDP.
• Result-driven, you have excellent interpersonal skills and are a skilled negotiator.
• You are experienced in working with international organizations and multi-cultural work environments.
• You have the ability to prioritize in a changing landscape.
• You are able to travel as needed to Inceptua’s locations as well as clients’ offices as required
• You are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills.

This position is full-time.
