Job summary

OBH Nordica Group is seeking a Technical Performance Marketing Specialist to join the IT Business Solution team at the Nordic HQ in Sundbyberg, Stockholm. You will drive Google Shopping and Performance Max, scale Meta as a sales channel, and create repeatable playbooks while coaching E-Store Managers.

The role requires 5+ years in performance marketing, strong analytics, and fluency in Swedish and English. Hybrid work is offered, with a central Sundbyberg office and collaboration across Nordics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing and e-commerce experience.
• Strong technical expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and product feed optimization.
• Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, conversion data, and e-commerce metrics.
• Analytical and quantitative skills with ability to translate data into improvements.
• Commercial experience in e-commerce or international markets; entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to stakeholders; fluent Swedish & English.
