Job summary

Capgemini Sweden is seeking a Senior Frontend/Fullstack Developer who will also act as a People Manager within our DCX team. You will lead a 4–5 person group, deliver modern digital solutions for clients, and help shape the growth of our fullstack capabilities.

The role requires hands-on delivery, coaching, and contribution to recruitment and sales. A university degree and fluency in Swedish and English are expected, with flexible and hybrid working options.

Your role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend/Fullstack Developer who is ready to take the next step in their career. As a People Manager within our experience engineering team you will combine hands-on client delivery with leadership responsibilities, supporting and developing a team of 4–5 consultants while helping our clients build modern digital solutions.

• Working as a senior consultant in client assignments, designing, developing, and delivering modern digital solutions.
• Supporting, coaching, and developing a team of consultants, helping them grow professionally and succeed in their careers.
• Managing performance reviews, development discussions, and mentoring, while ensuring consultants have the skills and capabilities needed to meet client and business needs.
• Contributing to recruitment, sales activities, and the continued growth of our fullstack team.

Your Profile

You have at least 6 years of experience in frontend and/or fullstack development, with expertise in JavaScript, React and/or Angular, and experience working with modern web technologies, backend solutions, and APIs. You have experience working with Content management systems (CMS) such as Optimizely, AEM, Contentful, Sitevision or similar. You are passionate about AI and have experience with, or a strong interest in, AI-powered tools and technologies. You are motivated by leading, coaching, and inspiring others, and have experience working in consulting, digital development, or a related technology field. You understand customer needs in a complex and evolving digital environment and are comfortable building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You have a relevant university degree, and good knowledge of Swedish and English.
