Capgemini Invent seeks inventive and driven recent graduates to join our Stockholm and Gothenburg team. You are expected to graduate in 2027 or have recently graduated with 0–1 year of relevant work experience since completing your degree.

You will collaborate with leading organisations to solve complex business challenges, design future-ready models, and help clients unlock value from data, AI and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data, CS, or Technology with strong academic results.

• International and extracurricular experiences are meriting; AI, automation, or data-driven innovation experience is valuable.

Your profile

• Educational background: You hold a master’s degree with strong academic results in fields such as Business, Engineering, Data, Computer Science, or Technology. Ideally, you combine this with real-life experience.
• Recent graduate: You are graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated, with 0-1 year of relevant work experience since completing your degree.
• Skills and mindset: You’re curious, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You enjoy solving complex challenges and are eager to learn and grow- both independently and as part of a team.
• Additional merits: International and professional experiences, as well as involvement in extracurricular activities, are meriting. Experience or interest in AI, automation, or data-driven innovation is considered a valuable asset.
• Language skills: You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
