Job summary

Capgemini Sweden is seeking a Senior Frontend/Fullstack Developer who will also act as a People Manager within our DCX team. You will lead a 4–5 person group, deliver modern digital solutions for clients, and help shape the growth of our fullstack capabilities.

The role requires hands-on delivery, coaching, and contribution to recruitment and sales. A university degree and fluency in Swedish and English are expected, with flexible and hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in frontend and/or fullstack development.
• Expertise in JavaScript, React and/or Angular.
• Experience with CMS tools such as Optimizely, AEM, Contentful or Sitevision.
• Strong leadership, coaching and client-relations skills in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Working as a senior consultant in client assignments, designing, developing, and delivering modern digital solutions.
• Supporting, coaching, and developing a team of consultants, helping them grow professionally and succeed in their careers.
• Managing performance reviews, development discussions, and mentoring, while ensuring consultants have the skills and capabilities needed to meet client and business needs.
• Contributing to recruitment, sales activities, and the continued growth of our fullstack team.
