Job summary

Capgemini PBS Sweden is seeking an experienced professional to manage complex IFS ERP projects for public and private sectors. You will serve as the main liaison for the customer project and management team, ensuring clear communication and value delivery throughout the lifecycle.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, advise on IFS Accelerators, and collaborate with partners to deliver successful consulting services.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with IFS ERP solutions, including implementation, customization, and support.
• Experience in leading and managing projects, including overseeing teams of developers and business analysts.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Swedish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field expert in at least one of the core IFS industries.

Your role

In this role, you will apply your knowledge and experience in managing complex, multi-phase projects to ensure the successful delivery of IFS solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for the customer project and management team, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle and maintain the focus on ensuring we deliver value to the customer.

In this position you will play a key role in:

• Work with partners and system integrators in ensuring the IFS experience is consistent regardless of the delivery mechanism
• Advise on the successful application of IFS Accelerators
• Be involved in the successful delivery of additional consulting services; Select, Success, Safeguarding
• Be familiar with the available IFS Accelerators, and how they can be applied to a customer project
• Articulate product direction and the potential value it could bring to our customers

Your profile

• Experience in working with IFS ERP solutions, including implementation, customization, and support Strong technical knowledge of IFS ERP and related technologies
• Experience in leading and managing projects, including overseeing teams of developers and business analysts
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Swedish and English
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field expert in at least one of the core IFS industries

Note: You need to be based in Sweden and proficiency in Swedish to be considered for the role.
