Job summary

H&M Sweden is seeking a People Generalist to support the People organisation in delivering comprehensive HR initiatives. You will partner with business leaders and HR, driving the people agenda across the Tech organisation in Sweden.

You will deliver hands-on execution of HR processes, ensuring smooth operation while contributing to the overall success of the team. The role is based in Marievik, Stockholm, starting asap with a temporary contract through 31 May 2027.

Qualifications

• A relevant academic background in HumanResourceManagement or similar.
• Experience of managing HR deliveriesto organisations and managers.
• Strong understanding of Swedish labour law and work environment regulation, including union negotiations.
• Holistic and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide the organisation and managers in all HR related topics.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including employee relations and risk assessment.
• Implement HR initiatives across the organisation.
• Contribute to the overall delivery of the People Generalist team and its high-class delivery.

You will provide comprehensive support in implementing people processes, initiatives, and solutions, supporting theoverallpeople agenda. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and Business line HR, gaining valuable insights into a business-driven people agenda.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

AsaPeopleGeneralistyourmainobjectiveisto, in close collaboration withPeople BusinessPartners,ensure strong and efficient HR delivery towards the Techorganisationin Sweden.You will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR matters and drive initiativesthatsupport high-performing,inclusiveand collaborativeteams.

In this role your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coach and guide the organisation and managers in all HR related topics
