You will partner with People Business Partners and managers to deliver compliant HR services, navigate Swedish labour law, and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive work culture.

This temporary position starts ASAP in Marievik, Stockholm, reporting to People Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR services to organisations and managers.
• Strong understanding of Swedish labour law and work environment regulations.
• Experience with union negotiations is a plus.

• Coach and guide organisation and managers on HR topics
• Manage the employee lifecycle including employee relations and risk assessment
• Implement HR initiatives across the organisation
• Contribute to the delivery of the People Generalist team and ensure high-class service
