Job summary

H&M Group in Stockholm is seeking a motivated People Generalist to support the People organisation across the full employee lifecycle and HR initiatives.

You will partner with People Business Partners and managers to deliver compliant HR services, navigate Swedish labour law, and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive work culture.

This temporary position starts ASAP in Marievik, Stockholm, reporting to People Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR services to organisations and managers.
• Strong understanding of Swedish labour law and work environment regulations.
• Experience with union negotiations is a plus.

WHAT YOU´LL DO

If you are passionate about contributing to our great People organisation, this role might be for you. We are looking for a motivated and detailed-oriented People Generalist to join our team.In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop across the full breadth of HR.

You will provide comprehensive support in implementing people processes, initiatives, and solutions, supporting theoverallpeople agenda. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and Business line HR, gaining valuable insights into a business-driven people agenda.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

AsaPeopleGeneralistyourmainobjectiveisto, in close collaboration withPeople BusinessPartners,ensure strong and efficient HR delivery towards the Techorganisationin Sweden.You will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR matters and drive initiativesthatsupport high-performing,inclusiveand collaborativeteams.

This is an opportunity where you will get the chance todeliver hands-onexecution, making sure our people processes run smoothly while contributing to the overall success of the Techorganisation.

In this role your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coach and guide the organisation and managers in all HR related topics
• Manage theentireemployee lifecycle, including managing employee relations, riskassessmentand union negotiations
• Implement HR initiativesacrossthe organisation
• Contribute significantly to the overall delivery of the People Generalist team, we work closely together and take a joint responsibility to ensure high-class deliveryto the organisation.

This is atemporaryposition, starting asap and initially running until 31 May 2027, with the possibility of extension, based inMarievik, Stockholm.In this position you report to the People Manager of the People Generalist team.
