This 1-year fixed-term role offers hands-on payroll experience, exposure to evolving payroll practices, and opportunities to develop skills through TMF Business Academy and cross‑border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Internship or previous exposure to payroll is a plus.
• Fluent Swedish & English required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communications skills to interact with clients and explain payroll matters effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of data that are required for payroll processing.
• Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the payroll documents.
• Preparation of data related to wages, declarations, reports, posting.
• Contact with clients and authorities.
