Job summary

Billogram is seeking a Payments Support Administrator in Stockholm to join our Payments Support team. You will work at the intersection of payments, compliance, and operational support, handling administrative tasks and customer inquiries with ownership and accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have structured admin experience in back-office or payment operations, strong data handling skills, and fluency in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Structured administrative or back-office experience in payment operations or case-heavy support.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate Excel, Zendesk, CM1 and Notion.
• Experience with financial transactions, KYC (Know Your Customer) or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) is a plus.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily payment matching and ensure correct allocation against bank records and internal systems.
• Prepare and distribute payment lists to creditors; organize data securely and accurately.
• Take part in daily phone and chat schedules, delivering high-quality support to clients and customers.
