You will develop manufacturing processes, support both manual and automated solutions, and drive cross-functional activities across international operations.

Qualifications
- Experience in process design within a Body Shop environment.
- Experience with DFM and DFA.
- Strong knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter.
- Experience with Process Simulate, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Experience in robot offline programming.
- Technical university-level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for body shop production systems.
- Support both manual and automated manufacturing solutions.
- Drive cross-functional activities to secure robust product and process solutions.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, production, and engineering teams globally.
- Ensure manufacturing requirements related to quality, efficiency, flexibility, and cost are fulfilled.
- Support virtual manufacturing validation and process optimization activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of production systems and manufacturing methods.
- Participate in industrialization and process development projects.
