Job summary

ABB Sverige söker en Orderhanteringsexpert som kommer att spela en nyckelroll i att hantera hela orderflödet och leveransprocessen. Du arbetar nära Logistik, Försäljning och kunder för att säkerställa korrekta och snabba leveranser.

Du är strukturerad, serviceinriktad och behärskar SAP samt MS Office 365. Svenska och engelska flytande är krav; ABB är ett globalt företag som sätter kundnöjdhet i fokus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hantera och följa upp kundorder från order till leverans.
• Koordinera med Logistik, Försäljning och interna avdelningar.
• Övervaka leveransprestanda och hantera kundfrågor.
• Ge professionell eftermarknadssupport och kommunicera med kunder.
• Upprätthålla kunddata i SAP och andra system.

Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for an Order Handling Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring efficient order management and excellent customer experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the order-to-delivery process, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring customers receive accurate and timely support. You will contribute to operational excellence by maintaining high service levels, resolving customer issues, and continuously improving ways of working.

As An Order Handling Specialist, You Will

• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Coordinate closely with Logistics, Sales, and other internal teams to secure on-time deliveries and meet customer expectations.
• Monitor delivery performance and support the achievement of defined service and operational targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order-related questions, and issue resolution.
• Provide professional after-sales support and ensure effective communication with customers throughout the order lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate customer and commercial data in SAP and other business systems, including contracts, customer master data, and payment information.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of customer support and order handling processes.
• Share best practices and contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused team environment.

Qualifications For The Role

We Believe You Have

• A High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in order handling, customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
