Job summary

ABB Sweden is seeking an Order Handling Specialist to manage the order-to-delivery process and deliver excellent customer service. Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in order handling, customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
