GlobalConnect is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Stockholm to strengthen operational follow-up across the Nordics. You will coordinate priorities, actions, and decisions with colleagues across functions and countries, reporting to the Head of Operations Management.
The role blends daily operations with continuous improvement and transformation, with growth potential into people management. Regular travel to Fornebu, Norway, and other Nordic locations is required.
Operations Supervisor
Do you enjoy creating structure, keeping priorities moving, and connecting the dots across a complex operational environment? As Operations Supervisor at GlobalConnect, you will work closely with our Customer Operations leadership team to strengthen operational follow-up and turn priorities into action.
This is a broad coordination role where daily operations meet continuous improvement and transformation. You will have visibility across Customer Operations in the Nordics and work with colleagues, leaders, specialists, and customers across functions and countries.
Customer Operations is responsible for the operational delivery of services to GlobalConnect customers across the Nordics. The department includes Customer Support, Service Desk functions across several countries, the Advanced Solutions Service Desk, and Operations Management.
Based in our Stockholm office, you will support structure, coordination, and progress across operational and strategic priorities. You will work closely with the Senior Director, Customer Operations, who is based in Fornebu, Norway, while reporting to the Head of Operations Management.
The role brings you close to both daily operations and longer-term development. Over time, the scope may also develop to include people management responsibilities, depending on organisational development and business needs.
You work in a structured way and are comfortable balancing immediate operational needs with longer-term priorities. You can identify what matters, create clarity across several activities, and keep follow-up moving when priorities change.
The role involves frequent interaction with leaders, customers, specialists, and colleagues across countries, so clear communication and the ability to build effective working relationships are important. You are motivated by improving how things work and by turning plans, decisions, and improvement initiatives into progress.
Relevant higher education in management, administration, technology, finance, or a related field is beneficial, but relevant experience can compensate for formal education. Experience from telecom, IT, operations, service management, or another complex delivery environment is also an advantage.
This is an opportunity to take a central role in how Customer Operations coordinates priorities, follows up performance, and progresses operational improvements across the Nordics.
