Job summary

GlobalConnect is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Stockholm to strengthen operational follow-up across the Nordics. You will coordinate priorities, actions, and decisions with colleagues across functions and countries, reporting to the Head of Operations Management.

The role blends daily operations with continuous improvement and transformation, with growth potential into people management. Regular travel to Fornebu, Norway, and other Nordic locations is required.

Qualifications

• Structured approach balancing operational needs with longer-term priorities.
• Clear communication and ability to build relationships across countries.
• Experience in telecom, IT, operations, or complex delivery environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up operational priorities, actions, decisions, and deliverables across Customer Operations.
• Drive structured follow-up of transformation initiatives, improvement activities, and priority deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs, trends, and risk areas and coordinate relevant follow-up actions across the department.
• Prepare management presentations, status updates, reporting, and decision-support material.
• Support strategic customer follow-up, critical cases, and escalations, including participation in relevant customer meetings.
• Coordinate across Customer Support, Service Desk, Advanced Solutions Service Desk, Operations Management, and other relevant functions to support progress and execution.
