Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a commercially driven Regional Manager to grow our Life Science Consulting and Strategic Resourcing Solutions across Sweden and the wider Nordic region.

You will drive pipeline, win new customers and close business, selling consulting services, resource solutions and FSP models while managing consultants on customer assignments. Based in Sweden, you will lead a high-performing regional sales and consultant team.

Qualifications

• Experience selling consulting services or resource solutions within life sciences.
• Established Nordic life science network.
• Proven track record of generating new business and closing contracts.
• Experience managing consultants and sales teams.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers across pharma, biotech, medtech and CRO.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Build relationships with senior decision makers and procurement.
• Lead consultant team and ensure delivery on assignments.
