Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking an onsite IT Support Specialist to provide end-user support for Stockholm-based staff and remote help across the Nordic region. You will handle incidents, service requests and asset management while maintaining high user satisfaction.

Role requires Windows/Microsoft 365 expertise, ITIL familiarity, and excellent communication. Work is on-site at our Stockholm office with opportunities for knowledge sharing and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Windows client knowledge, laptops, peripherals and meeting room devices.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital workplace services.
• Good understanding of ITIL incidents, service requests, escalation and SLAs.
• Endpoint management and asset handling; compliance routines are a plus.
• Fluent English; Nordic language skills are an advantage depending on scope.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support at Sickla/Nacka and remote support across the Nordic/Baltic region.
• Handle incidents, service requests and workplace support for laptops, devices and apps.
• Communicate clearly and follow up to ensure ticket quality and user satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot software/hardware and collaborate with vendors as needed.
• Document knowledge, contribute to instructions, and support rollout activities.
• Support asset lifecycle, compliance tasks and conference room tech.
