Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role in a unionized or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in union collaboration under Swedish labor law.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and experience working with HRIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to site management and first-line managers.
• Support health, safety, and well-being in line with Swedish work environment legislation.
• Serve as the main HR contact for union representatives.
• Prepare and participate in local union negotiations.
• Support all HR operational processes for blue-collar employees.
