Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Proven experience in union collaboration and negotiations under Swedish labor law.
• Solid understanding of work environment legislation and systematic work environment management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to site management and first-line managers.
• Support health, safety, and well-being in line with Swedish work environment legislation.
• Prepare and participate in local union negotiations.
• Support all HR operational processes for blue-collar employees.
